Check Install Media - is no news good news?

The Check Install Media function never reports whether the CD or USB drive is OK or not.
It just tells you to press any key to reboot. There should be a clear conclusion.

What is it you want to have checked? Do you want to have the md5sum to be checked? Or something else?

Yeah Its an option on the live CD..
It did nothing for me when I clicked it also.. But LL installed just fine. It is kinda odd. I installed a windows MD5 hash checker once ..It did nothing either. I guess that stuff is just beyond me. |
