Is it possible to remove 'Delete' from the right-click menu?

I am setting up Linux Lite 4.8 for an older relative, who is not computer literate, so I would like to hide the 'Delete' option from the right-click menu, because they don't know the different between 'Delete' and 'Move to Trash'.

It is available in 5.0, consider installing that on June 1st instead.
