location of installed applications

Newbie question - I installed Plex media server on my machine.  I need to be able to locate the the folder (much like the program folder in windows) so that I can  edit some plug-in information.  I've been looking and cannot seem to locate it.  Thanks for any help.

Googled...Found this. Try to navigate to the location using thunar file manager (Home Folder).
