Wifi USB Adapter stops working intermittently

Yes it has the FN+F9 and an LED for Wireless
I had noticed that the LED comes on at startup and stays on whatever I do with the FN+F9 keys

This is the output when I try iwconfig ----FN+F9----iwconfig ----FN+F9---
