I have a solution.. or a workaround rather.....
1. In the CompizSettings > Window Decoration
2. Replace the command "/usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator" with the command:
Code:
/usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator --metacity-theme UniteMod --replace
3. Change "UniteMod" to Arc or whatever theme that you want
4. Restart your session
