Three years ago, I bought a Dell CS24-TY.  I got it from www.deepdiscountservers.com.  I actually made the purchase from them via their Amazon.com listing.  It came with 72GB of RAM, 2 Xeon processors, a 250GB 7200RPM hard drive, and rack rails.  At the time, that ran $625 including shipping.
