Skypeforlinux - File has unexpected size (2248 != 2466)

Hold down your Ctrl key and Alt key and press t , to open your terminal.

Copy/paste or type in to your terminal -

sudo apt-get purge skype

type your password when asked

press enter

once completed
type in to your terminal -

Code:

exit

Navigate through Menu>System>Lite Software
select to install Skype from here.

Once completed run Menu>Favorites>Install Updates.

If you have an error then hold down the Ctrl and Alt keys and press t
copy/paste or type [member=2]Jerry[/member] instructions (shown below) in to your terminal

press enter

then copy/paste or type in to your terminal

sudo apt-key add SKYPE-GPG-KEY

press enter
type your password when requested.
press enter.

Type in to your terminal

Try Menu>Favorites>Install Updates  to see if there are errors.
