The version of opera currently available is opera-stable_101.0.4843.25, but it looks like your update process is trying to find an older version of opera (opera-stable_99.0.4788.77)

Forcing your update process to check packages again might correct this.

Open a terminal (press Ctrl Alt and T together)
In the window that opens type or paste in the following command

sudo apt update

followed by enter/return
You will need to enter your password.

Then run the upgrade process from the GUI again.
