Synaptic Package Manager error

Hello and Good Morning to both Serban S and Stevef

I did as suggested and ran

Code:

sudo apt upgrade -y

and everything seemed to go without an hitch.
But i still get the same error message when i try to use the Synaptic Package Manager.
