Hello Snubbi,
I have found it very useful already  and used the information to make my first launcher menu this morning.
I added the music directory as the first and changed its folder to a music note icon, then below it in the menu added 3 programs, so I can click the one icon on panel and select if I wanted to go to the music folder, or use one of the 3 music related software launchers in menu.
It means I didn't have to add 4 icons to the panel and will save a lot of clicks and time, over a period.
