How do I change the icon theme?

I was looking to change icon/theme, Anyone know how to do it cuz i really like to change folder and my firefox icon into something else.
and also can i change my login background image.

Go to Menu > Favorites > Help Manual and click on the Customize or Themes sections.  There are instructions there on applying new themes and icon sets.
