I've been using lite since 2.0 on a Dell 1545. Excellent performance.

I'm on an zareason AMD machine more reliable then this dell my mom has. So far so good but I'm debating on switching to Fedora due to more business feel for her to use. Lite is very much an home use feel to me. Anyways I not sure how long I let her keep this. I'm thinking of buying an system76 machine for her. I don't trust intel at all but I got to support Linux oriented businesses

I agree with [member=411]bitsnpcs[/member]. Once you have any Linux desktop distro installed, you can do anything any other desktop distro of Linux can. Furthermore, with the ubiquity of Ubuntu in the corporate environment, especially cloud computing, it's doubtful that a business app will be developed for the Red Hat line of distros and not Ubuntu as well. If a developer is going to develop an app for Linux, they are not going to leave Debian/Ubuntu off of their list.
