What does this exactly mean? I use google as my search engine in Opera. Is this to be on Firefox? In LL 3.8?

The idea behind this is to try and pull in a little more ad revenue to help fund the project

I do have auto-complete, but then like I said is my primary search engine so I don't know if that's the reason why. Should I try this on Firefox? Best of luck by the way on this new enterprise!

Adblock has to be off, then there will be ads at the top. You can try it on any browser you like.

After clicking is there a duration to remain on the ad site so LL gets revenue, or it requires purchases on the ad site for LL to earn revenue ?
Is it only begin to raise revenue after LL 3.8 release, or using the link you provided in advance is working now for this.
Is working well, I tested it and had no problems.

Duration - there is no duration. Revenue started the moment I uploaded the Search page. I would ask people not to click on an ad unless it specifically interests them.

Suggestion -
on left of posts in forum, for user infos, lower (central approx.) is "Reputation" under it there are icons, some do go externally eg; website, blogs, I suggest an icon in this row, maybe nearest to the post wording (right end of row)  to click for using the LL search.

You may have to re-word this, I'm finding it difficult to understand. May I also suggest that you create an entirely new post if you have any new comments, if you re-edit an existing one, I may miss it altogether. Thank you

I was a little confused as I expected the Google Search to only search within Linux Lite, but it didn't. In any case it looks fine. When you mean it's the home page for LL 3.8, do you mean it's the [glow=red,2,300]browser[/glow] home page? If so then I think that will work out fine without causing any confusion about what it's supposed to search for.

Thanks for the clarifying, but I'm still I bit confused about how this works, I mean, I want to help by clicking those ads and as long as I don't have to buy anything, but I see none, and yes I turned adblock off.
