Just loaded Linux Lite 3.0 64 bit. Can't find Screensavers in the menu. Even if I type screensavers in the Application Finder, nothing comes up.

The release announcement mentions screensaver was dropped.

You can use light locker settings in lieu of it.  Or you can take a chance on installing xscreensaver yourself.

Xscreensaver works fine on LL 3.0, just disable light locker if you want to use it.
