You're adding unsupported PPA's again like your other post of updates. Please read this section before adding any more PPA's - https://mityer.khdlhfjijfrupr.tk/manual/software.html#ppa

To fix this one, remove the rtlwifi PPA.

You're also pasting your error logs very tiny, just paste it as is without any formatting. Thank you.
