Hello, I have a problem with update, also I can't install DEB packages..

Support for that version of software ended in April 2025.
Please consider upgrading to a supported version or at least stop connecting the system to the Internet.

It is possible that your update/upgrade symptoms are caused by the end of support.
With the deb issue it is not possible to comment as you have not provided any details.
