Have been fighting this for a couple days. After selecting an LLM the system starts does the download but fails because it didn't get an authorization from me. However there is no prompt given for the authorization and it points to /dev/tty but it doesn't have access to it because it doesn't have authorization because I can't give it authorization. Anyone have a way around this?

What version of Linux Lite are you using, and, did you upgrade from Series 7? What are your system specs? Have you completed all your updates?

It is versioy8.0. It downloaded the model but the ble.sh times out when asking for elevated permissions because no prompt appears . I ended up manually installing ollama service then using ollama create on the unnamed model sha256 files system spec MSI pro B660M-A CEC WiFi DDR4 V2 i5 13th gen 64gb ram MSI Nvidia rtx 4060 8gb vram

There is no need to interact manually with the set up of MyAI. Would recommended that you fresh install 8.0, perform Install Updates, reboot, then click on MyAI in the bookmarks bar in Firefox and very carefully read the instructions laid out in the browser. The whole process should be 2-3 clicks at the most.

P.S. I have updated MyAI with some networking tweaks, so if you do decide to install test again on a PC, don't do updates or start MyAI, run the above command and report back, Ty.
